Gents Results
Saturday Medal and Scratch Medal Finals
Although the weather started out nicely it turned very bad for the players at the end of the field and play had to be abandoned. Results will be published shortly on the club website for the players that completed the round with handicap reductions only. For the players who did not complete their round their money will be credited back to them. The Scratch Medal Finals will be played again alongside the September Saturday Medal.
August Bank Holiday Am-Am
For once we had a gorgeous weather on a bank holiday and the scores reflected this. There were two prizes for the Gents and the Mixed teams 1st place in the Gents with an incredible score of 100pts were the Vice-Captain John Gibson, Clive Ledger, Stan Dizuba and Robin Combellack. 2nd place with an equally impressive score of 95pts were Tim Bateson, Neil Walton, Steven Philips and Duncan Bain.
1st Prize in the Mixed with a score of 87pts was Dan Branson, Gilly Branson, Paul Carr and Madge Carr. 2nd Prize with 83pts was the Lady Captain Jacquie Gauntley, Peter Gauntley, Jane Harby and Micheal Harby.

Ladies Butcher Vase played on the 20th & 23rd August
1st Place - Rosemary Stubbs 89 - 17 = 72
2nd Place - Vera Davis 104 - 32 = 72
Ladies 18 Hole Stableford played on the 28th & 30th August
Silver Division - Bridgett Patrick 35pts
Bronze Division - Jane Gilmore 36pts
Third Division - Sue Giles 35pts
