Captain Pro Challenge

The Captain and I had our latest challenge on Sunday and what a match it was against Dan and Shaun (the greenkeepers) who as I have been telling everyone get to play far too much golf. 

Nigel and I were 8 under par gross after 13 holes and had just got back to all square, Dan and Shaun continued in the same vane and beat us 3 & 1 it was a great match with a total of 12 birdies.

Interclub Foursomes 

Congratulations to both the Gents and the ladies, who both got wins in their interclub foursomes semi final matches on Monday evening, the gents beating Worksop GC at Wollaton Park a total of 5 up, and the ladies beating Norwood Park at Coxmoor 4 up on the day. 

Well done to both teams and to the spectators giving their support on the day much appreciated. We will let you know the venues and the dates of the finals as soon as we know them.
