Ball machine tokens

It has been a busy weekend with the competitions that have been played and the standard of play has been high, the course is in excellent condition at the moment and the lovely weather we have been getting is only making it better. The greens are the best they have been all year and are sure to bring the best out of your golfing game.

Once again if we may ask, anyone with spare ball machine tokens lying around please bring them in as we are very short due to people taking them home, thank you very much to those who have already brought some in its much appreciated.

Driving Range

As you may notice there is being some changes made on the Driving Range. It is being levelled out and re turfed so that you will have a better lie and stance when practicing.

The Driving Range is still in use as normal, you will just need to move a bit further round to the other side where there is space. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but it will improve our facilities.

We may be heading into summer soon but it’s still important to have the right clothing on you in case the weather changes. A lightweight mid-layer is the perfect piece to keep in your bag for exactly this reason, and combining it with other layers can create a great look.

The easy way...

One way to hit the ball further is to swing faster, but more often than not this will harm your accuracy and your quality of strike.
